What factors did you consider when identifying the most appropriate individuals and groups to involve in the consultation process on the community benefit package: | We wanted to consult as widely as possible with the community as the project with the community as the project aims to deliver benefits for all residents within the local area. We worked to collate opinion directly from the public rather than solely relying upon the thoughts of those that lead key local groups so that as many relevant voices were heard. |

Please provide details, for example frequency of meetings, who you met with, newsletters, etc: | Regular engagement events and visits to local groups, schools etc. have been carried out prior, during and after the completion of the wind turbine project. Press releases, newsletters, leaflet drops, drop-in sessions etc. were staged in various locations to promote the scheme and seek local feedback on the development. The project also fed directly in to the local community action plan. |

Please give details of any support you provided to ensure these were in place: | The management of the grant giving process will be carried out in-house as OVHA have sufficient experience in distributing funding already. In-house finance services will be used to manage the process, prepare cheques, financial reports etc. |

What processes is in place to ensure the impact of individual awards and the fund as a whole are measured: | Projects will be required to report back on progress using a feedback form where details of the activities and impacts supported by the funding will be captured and collated. |
