Tuesday 23 September 12pm to 1.30pm

This Local Energy Scotland online event is for community groups and other organisations interested in shared ownership.

It’s the Scottish Government’s ambition to encourage all renewable developments to consider, explore and offer shared ownership opportunities. Shared ownership offers community groups the chance to make an investment in a commercially owned renewable energy project. Providing an opportunity to develop an income stream, create strong partnerships and build the resilience of their local area.

In this session we’ll introduce you to shared ownership, how it works, and the support available from the Scottish Government’s Community and Renewable Energy Scheme (CARES), that could help you explore opportunities in your area. We’ll have our shared ownership manager and specialist on hand to answer any questions you have.

Already attended this session before but have more questions? We’ll also use this time as a drop in session for anyone who has questions about any part of the process or support available.
