Alford & District Men's Shed
Alford & District Men's Shed applied for funding through the Community Benefits Fund. They installed an air source heat pump and an array of solar panels to help keep their building warm for the community to use.
ISKCON Scotland
ISKCON Scotland received funding from the Community Buildings Fund to install heat pumps and solar panels. They wanted to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions, save money, and to create a cosy space for the community.
Aboyne & Mid Deeside Community Shed
Aboyne & Mid Deeside Community Shed used funding from CARES to heat their building and to lower their carbon emissions. They installed air source heat pumps with 12 kilowatt solar panels.
