Heat pump guide

Introduction

This guide is intended to help community groups navigate the process of installing heat pumps to provide their buildings with low-carbon heating, and covers the full process from planning to post-installation. Technical questions that need to be considered when choosing a solution are covered, but please note this is not a detailed technical manual. This guidance focuses on retrofitting heat pumps to existing buildings but will also be useful for those developing new-build projects.
